I have noticed a small but continuous water leak (dripping) around the bottom of my outdoor hot water system. Water is collecting on the concrete underneath, as shown in the attached photo and video.

I need bidet installed in a new house which has tiled walls. May need to drill tiles to pull a pipe from under basin. Backlog protection required with certificate. Need a clean job done. Photos attached. There is a single outlet for flush whicj is from rain water tank, so can't be used for bidet. May be a pipe need to be run from under basin . Any ideas welcome.

The builder previously attended to fix a blockage using high-pressure water, but it didn’t solve the issue — it appears to have made things worse. The drain is now completely blocked, and I suspect a section of the pipe underneath the concrete may be broken. You may need to: Diagnose the cause of the blockage (camera inspection if available). Dig through the concrete if necessary. Replace or repair the damaged section of pipe. Re-concrete and seal the surface properly afterward. I’m looking for a licensed plumber to help install a new water tap behind my smart fridge and connect it to the water/ice feature. There’s no existing tap, but the kitchen sink is about 2–3m away, so a new water line can be run from there. Please include all materials, test for leaks, and make sure everything’s working perfectly.

Not sure of the source of the leak – could be shower, toilet, or vanity. Water coming up through slab in wardrobe, passage and toilet area. Aware that a small job may be a few hundred, but if slab cutting/pipe rerouting is required it could be a couple of thousand. Open to quotes after inspection. Cost range $500-$1500. No much water on the floor and photos would not show much.
