Weak water pressure in kitchen tap, water does not go hot anymore. Have checked shower and bathroom sink, they work fine. Only kitchen tap having a problem. Have taken off aerator and washed but no change. I have provided photos of both kitchen and bathroom sinks to compare water pressure difference.

I've noticed the smell of gas as far as the front footpath for a couple of months now. I just needed the gas bill to confirm that it is from my property. It is very high for a family of four. I've told the landlord about the smell and he says that it's natural to smell it cos the unit is a gas unit. I feel that this is dangerous if left unchecked. I am having a problem in hot water system (AquaMax 240) where fire is spreading up to the connecting pipe down at the bottom. Hi need qualified plumber today. All hot water taps have only a trinkle of water coming out then nothing. Plumber came the other day and released water from the 3 year old Vulcan gas hot water unit and it worked. But now after a shower its the same problem.
