Find a professional hot water system contractor in Melbourne City CBD

Hot water is not working in the unit in the Melbourne CBD apartment. It’s winter, we can not take a shower. This needs to be investigated and fixed as soon as possible. Anyone who can repair it is fine? I may need to arrange a licensed plumber so that the receipts are valid for reimbursement through the real estate.

I’m having an issue with the shower hot water. It only reaches lukewarm/cold and never gets properly hot. The building manager suspects it could be the tempering valve behind the bathroom mirror/wall. Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and quote for repair or replacement. Thanks.

Hot water in bathroom is not hot enough. I think the Temperature valve might need replacing. And the tap in the kitchen needs to be tightened.

I’m having an issue with the electric hot water system in my apartment (Stiebel Eltron DEL18AU). The shower and all taps are only producing cold water. I’ve tried troubleshooting it several times by turning off the MCB and then resetting the heater. It worked again about two weeks ago, but now it’s gone back to cold water only, and this time I can’t get it to heat up at all. The display still shows 50 (Celcius; max temp), but no hot water coming out.

Washing machine, 3 phase instant hot water system and fridge with water dispenser needs to be installed. I have existing plumbing and drainage, but I think it’ll be need to be redone. All appliances and hot water unit will be in the one location in the kitchen. I’ll need a quote for a certified plumber/electrician to submit to the body Corp for approval.

The electric hot water heater has stopped working for the last year(it kept switching off at the mains switch. It's over 10 years old. It's located in the half way up the roof cavity of my bathroom.

I've an apartment on Flinders Lane. The hot water is supplied centralised by the apartment building. The hot water is intermittently hot and lukewarm. Tested the shower, vanity and kitchen and appears intermittent. Could be a faulty tempering valve that needs replacement. Asked neighbours and their hot water supply appears ok.

The water pressure currently is well over the normal 500kPa The PRV valve is located within the apartment unit, its the one with white on it installed on the hot water feed beside the tempering valve.
