I’m having an issue with the electric hot water system in my apartment (Stiebel Eltron DEL18AU). The shower and all taps are only producing cold water. I’ve tried troubleshooting it several times by turning off the MCB and then resetting the heater. It worked again about two weeks ago, but now it’s gone back to cold water only, and this time I can’t get it to heat up at all. The display still shows 50 (Celcius; max temp), but no hot water coming out.

Washing machine, 3 phase instant hot water system and fridge with water dispenser needs to be installed. I have existing plumbing and drainage, but I think it’ll be need to be redone. All appliances and hot water unit will be in the one location in the kitchen. I’ll need a quote for a certified plumber/electrician to submit to the body Corp for approval.

The electric hot water heater has stopped working for the last year(it kept switching off at the mains switch. It's over 10 years old. It's located in the half way up the roof cavity of my bathroom.

Electric hot water heater flipped breaker and needs repair, including faulty PTR valve. We picked up a replacement valve at Bunnings but need a plumber to do the swap and assess the unit. Ideally today, have no hot water. Laneway parking permit can be provided for the duration of the job.

I have a existing 25L plug in hot water system need to be installed.The copper pipe was leaking so I have removed it and also I removed the whole unit as I do not need hot water. Now I need the copper pipe to be replaced and instal the unit back as I need to pass the council health and safety compliance.

Hey there, I live in an apartment and I’m not getting any hot water in my shower or bathroom sink. The water will only get hot if I turn both of them on at the same time (but it never gets to scalding hot, just OK to shower). Hot water is fine in the kitchen sink and the washing machine. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed internally within my unit?
