Need a licensed plumber to diagnose and fix a hot water issue in my apartment. - Bathroom shower and bathroom sink only produce lukewarm water, even when turned to maximum hot. - Kitchen hot water is working normally with no issues. - Cold water is working normally. - I suspect the tempering valve may be faulty but only a plumber can tell. - There is a manhole in the bathroom providing access. - The tempering valve is approximately 1 metre from the manhole. - The existing tempering valve appears to be 20 mm. I would prefer the job to be completed using the existing manhole access, without cutting or damaging the plasterboard ceiling. A plumber recently replaced our 275L rheem gas hot water system with a Vulcan 170L gas storage water heater. We didnt realise until the job is completed. Its a hostel with 14 rooms and 8 bathrooms so this 170L is not going to be able to support it. We are looking for a plumber who can install another vulcan 170K to link with the existing 170K to double the capacity? and also to insure against breakdown of one of the unit in future.
