Hot Water System Not Heating inMelbourne Apartment. Looking for a licensed electrician or plumber to inspect and repair my electric hot water system. Unit: AquaMAX mains pressure electric storage hot water system Issue: No hot water. No issues with cold water supply. All basic checks done: isolator switch on, water inlet valve open, TPR valve normal, circuit breaker on. System is not recovering. Job: Inspect, diagnose, and replace faulty component if needed.

Hello there, I need the very best priced quote, labour only, to replace an electric water heater. Apartment in Carlton. Preferably to be installed after 6 pm today. The existing unit is an 80 L 935h x 495w single phase water heater with tempering valve. Please include cost of labour to replace the hws and tempering valve. The replacement I wish to install is at Bunnings, a Dux 80L 3.6kw proflo 80T136 for $820 including gst, plus a $75 tempering valve, plus a $76 PTR valve (1400kPa, 10kw is confirmed). These 3 are reimbursed separately. The new unit is a 925h x 490 w 80L single phase unit and it is a straightforward swap. All other parts can be re-used where possible. There is already a drainage pan underneath the existing unit, so old unit just needs to be drained and removed. There is a “hard rubbish” area on-site. Current fuse is 20 and correct for the new unit. Quote is for labour only. Thank you again.
