Hot water does not work properly in the bathroom sink. 2 bathrooms. It works for showers in both bathrooms and kitchen, only bathrooms have issue. Need one of the sink to be cleaned in pipe as it clogs often even after using draino.

Hi, Could you please provide an itemised quote for the following rectification works identified during the recent inspections at my property, Werribee? 1. Appliance 1 – Gas cooktop (Bellini BGT64XP) - Investigate and rectify the front-right burner, which has no pressure and is not operational. - Supply and install a shorter compliant flexible gas hose, as recommended in the Gas Safety Report. 2. Appliance 2 – Rheem storage hot-water service (Model 300135N0) - Replace the leaking/aged PTR valve. - Correctly terminate the PTR discharge. - Replace the damaged water isolation valve so the water supply to the unit can be properly isolated. 3. Main bathroom – shower hot-water tap - Service/repair the leaking shower hot-water tap identified during the Minimum Standards Inspection. 4. Main bathroom – silicone/grout - Clean/treat the mould/dirt around the shower, bathtub and washbasin. - Where the existing silicone cannot be adequately cleaned, please quote separately for removal and replacement of the affected silicone. - If any grout also requires replacement/re-grouting, please price this separately if possible. I have attached the relevant inspection photos/reports for reference. Could you please provide an itemised price for each of the above items, including labour and materials where possible, rather than one combined price? This will allow me to review and authorise each item separately.

This shower head is being installed as a necessary home modification to make the shower accessible & safe for me to use. NDIS paid for the new shower head, but not for a plumber to install it.
