Crack and hole on the rooftop wall needs plastering,

Need a hole in my plasyerboard wall fixed. Hole is 50cm (h) x 20cm (l). I can supply the new plasterboard. Painting not required.

Repair or replace back deck balustrade, pickets and hand rails on front sections. The support beams are solid but the internal sections have rot. Front sections 1.5 length x 1 height Hand rails 1.6m length x 1 height

A new wall has been built and i need the top to be rendered to match other walls. See attached photos.

The pictures fireplace needs to be repointed (many loose bricks), replastered and then out the original cast iron fireplace back in place for decorative purposes.

My retractable awning appears imbalanced when opening, with the right side hanging lower than the left. I’ve noticed that the metal pin on the right-side handle is loose and doesn’t seem to be installed properly. I need someone to come and fix it for me. You will need a ladder to reach out to the awning.

Hole in wall that needs repairing

Plastering to the bottom side of a window (which is elevated) has been peeling off, downward. This is on the inside of the house. Some loss of waterproofing with storms (leakage).

plaster walls where all the cracks are, need to remove a bit of plaster coming off on the left of window and the rest of cracks can be filled
