Hi Taskers! I have a granny flat on my property and a plumber switched off the hot water supply two years ago, as nobody needed hot water in there. Now I have a guest, so I'm looking for a person to come switch the water back on and test that hot water's running. A handyman has confirmed that this is a job for a professional gas plumber as a part of the pilot light system seems corroded and might need replacement, plus the gas is taking a while to flow into the system. Cheers.

A damaged stormwater PVC pipe (approx. 90mm diameter) in my garden that needs repair. The top/horizontal pipe has been broken (likely from mower impact). The vertical pipe below is intact. **Scope of work:** 1. Cut out the damaged horizontal section of PVC pipe 2. Supply and install replacement pipe/fittings (to match existing size) 3. Confirm fix is watertight. Excluded: Access works and backfill. I will backfill afterwards. If you think you will need further access clearance for install, please let me know. **Site conditions:** Damaged pipe is fully exposed per the photos. Located at ground level in front garden, easy access to electricity if needed. **Important:** - Looking for a **proper cut-and-replace repair**, not patching - Must have experience with PVC stormwater pipe repairs - Please confirm your approach with the offer. **Location:** Moonee Ponds **Timing:** Flexible (any time in next few weeks) **Photos attached** for reference.
