I just replaced my old toilet cistern, but there is now a small leak at the top of the flush pipe (despite me putting in a new rubber ring and nut). The flush pipe is quite old, so I figure I should replace it, along with the pan cone on the bowl. But that’s outside my skill level! Let me know if this is something you can do, Cheers, Tom

My washing machine has just been connected and when it drains, the water is excessively coming out of an overflow part of the drain. I have no idea how much it should cost to fix so the price I have entered is entirely negotiable.

The basin tap in the bathroom is spewing water when turned on. Not sure how to explain in correct plumbing lingo so please she the photo, zone in on the tap body and the spout.

Leaking balcony tap. Image shows how much water is coming out when tap is turned off. We have a hose on to trap the water. Assuming it’s a seal problem / something needs to be tightened.
