Find an experienced plumber in Abbotsford

Need a professional plumber who can find and fix leak. The leak is coming from kitchen ceiling, please see photo attached. Property is a 3-storey house. Previous plumber came and checked leak, replaced cartilage and reported part all dry. After a week or so, it started leaking again after using first floor shower, it happens from time to time. Not sure if the leak is coming from the first floor shower base or toilet. Sometimes it leaks, sometimes not. Really can't say so need a professional to check and fix

Unfortunately the wooden base that my hot water system sit on has eroded (probably due to water leaking on it), causing the whole system to sag. I need someone to supply and fit a new base for the system to sit on. In terms of fitment I’m not sure if the whole system will need to be removed and then reinstalled in order for a new base to be installed, or if a new base could potentially slide under the existing one without removing the system. If it does need to be removed then a handyman with some plumbing experience would probably be preferred, as various pipes and hoses will need to be removed also in order to move the system out when a new base is installed.

Looking to fix drips from shower cold tap and shower head

Hi. I need someone to have a look at our apartment unit hot water pressure valve + Tempering valve. We are having some issues with the hot water pressure- Most time the pressure and temperature is fine but during evening time especially, we are losing pressure. Urgent need of someone to find and fix leak in the kitchen (ground floor) as this has been causing short circuits. Not a roofing issue but a leak that comes from the bathroom upstairs (1st floor) so would need a plumber to do the task. Would also need a plasterer to restore area after leak has been fixed. House is 3 storey, no issues on the top floor, just the two floors below. Please see photo attached and quote.

Blocked/slow running drain - old galvanised plumbing system. The outdoor catch basin (unsure of correct name) drains very slowly. As per photo, it catches drain water from bathroom (basin, washing machine, shower) and kitchen). After a shower or using washing machine, the water level covers the outlet pipes and then drains very slowly to get back to the level shown in this photo (over a few hours). The segment of pipe from kitchen to the catch basin is also very slow running. I have included photo to show distance from kitchen to catch basin. Edit: I'm concerned that there is a crack in the underground segment. I have previously had someone try to unclog using HCL (in kitchen and bathroom) which didn't work. - Due date: Before Friday, 2 February 2024
