I've been renovating my future home and am ready to rough in plumbing. See attachment for pics and description. Basically, I need: - new pipe from the street run to hot water system - about 14m through the roof. There's no ceiling which makes access easier. - Pipes run to bathroom. Combined shower and bath; sink mixer tap; washing machine; toilet. Approx 7m from hot water and 9m of chasing required. - Pipes run to kitchen. Sink taps and dish washer. Approx 2m from hot water and 5m of chasing required. - Labour and materials. Not required: - Hot water install. Supplier will install later. - Waste install for sinks, toilet, washing machine or dish washer. This will happen later. - Tiling or any other finishing work. I've done a lot of renovations over many years. Happy to lend a hand on weekends if that helps any solo-operators.

I need a plumber to simply tighten my loose kitchen tap to the countertop. I'd do it myself but it is difficult to get to without the right tools (see image). Seals also need to be replaced on the tap itself as it has been flying off under high water pressure.
