Currently dealing with a couple of ruptured valves in an office space operating out of a converted warehouse - a leak in one of the bathrooms from the toilet and a tap leak as well - would love some help ASAP - need individuals who are able to quote and invoice

Includes disposal of existing oven and removal of all rubbish and packaging.

Our faucet is loose. And is heavy so tipping over which has caused a dent and crack in our kitchen countertop. We don't have the tool to tighten the faucet. Countertop is sealed but may need adjusting

The hot water in our office space downstairs isn't working in the kitchen nor the shower - the hot water in the rest of the building is working. I am not sure exactly where the hot water system is for this space, could be on our roof (easy access)

Hi, I need someone ASAP today to repair a leaking washing machine water connection inside my bathroom vanity. When I turn the water supply back on, the plastic collar/connector around the hose fitting starts squirting water. It’s not the pipe itself — it’s the connection piece. Photos attached so you can see exactly where the leak is. What I need done: • Diagnose the issue (most likely failed plastic nut/connector) • Replace the faulty connector/hose fitting • Ensure both hot & cold taps are sealed and leak-free • Reconnect washing machine hoses (if needed) • Quick test to confirm no more water escaping Please bring the correct replacement fittings — I’m happy to reimburse parts. Must be done today if possible.

Need a roof plumber to divert water away from the side of our house. A spreader done by another roofer is pushing water down the side of the house causing house leveling issues.
