The flush toilet push mechanism need repair. It is a bit tricky to stop the water flushing at the moment.

One of the Toilet in our cafe have been blocked and need a plunge. This happened twice in less than a month so need to check drainage as well. All other sinks and toilets are working fine, it’s just this one toilet that’s playing up.

My toilet is CLOGGED. if possible for today

Basically the dryer (TCE630 WP, 8kg) shows “Empty out container” about ~10 minutes every time I started a Normal cycle. I’ve emptied and re-seated the tank, cleaned both filters, and lightly cleaned the outlet. Note that the machine has no external drain connected. Only water tank. And every time when after it was stoped at 10 min, there are a little bit of water collected in the tank. I have tried to use empty water tank or 1/4 full, with or without tank lid. And I also replaced the plinth filter. The results are the same. I suspect there is a blockage of drain system inside the chamber, but open to diagnosis. Goal: Diagnose and fix the false “container full” warning, and service the unit so it completes full cycles reliably. Please include a 1-month workmanship warranty.

Fridge is not defrosting. I manually defrosted two weeks ago though it came back.

Water drips out of the connection of the hose/tap for washing machine

We need a plumbed fridge installed. I’ve attempted to connect the water hose myself however I can’t seem to tighten the adapter enough to stop leaking.

The kitchen pull-out sink mixer was installed recently; however, it is missing few bits such as the base and O-ring (see attached photos). I have the parts, just need them installed.

I need the tank of toilet to be replaced. It’s a limited spaced toilet and would require rear entry system.

Cannot close shower hot water tap completely and water leaking from shower

The pressure on shower is very low which used to be reasonably good all this while. My budget is assuming the washer need to be replaced. Need a plumber to check.

Under the kitchen sink two pipes of hot and cold water is attached to the tap mixer. That is where the leak is happening.

Council wanted a new stormwater inlet connection into the existing concrete pit. Core hole (marked in black) being drilled Monday (not required by you). Connect 100mm stormwater pipe to pit and mortar finish, finished flush with internal pit wall. 1/100 fall inlet. Cut and glue other pieces together to create an I/O and cap for future connection. Pipe supplied. Must be licensed plumber and provide a VBA certificate on completion.
