Hi, I need a licensed plumber to replace a faulty toilet isolation valve (as shown in the photo). Please note: There are NO active leaks. I am doing this purely as preventative maintenance to clear a future hazard. Current Issue:The current valve has seized up and cannot be fully shut off (water keeps flowing even when turned completely). Scope of work:Locate the main water shut-off valve for the property . Turn off the main water, remove the old faulty valve, and supply + install a new high-quality quarter-turn isolation valve. Reconnect and ensure everything is working correctly. Hot water unit replacement

Hi I'm looking for handyman to touch up the shower base using some products from bunnings (nearby) that will seal the small crack to avoid potential water leak, and then potentially polish the overall shower base area. if polishing is not possible, just sealing the crack is ok. I am not after replacing the shower base due to budget limit. I am after temporary solution. Thanks.

New house move. Just need to secure and plug in washing machine pipe so they don’t leak. Machine already in place. Inflow pipe is already done - just need to secure the outflow pipe. I tried with a steel hose clamp but it’s still leaking. Funny slot.

Laundry sink hot water pipe to be fixed -+ tap lose a bit , might need a repair

I have a minor leak at the base of my backyard water tank (2500 litres). I tried to patch it with silicone but it didn’t not work. I need a professional gap repair. The leak itself is a small drip. The tank is currently empty

I’m needing a gas cooktop replacement done. Kitchen cutout have been measured and is compatible 570x490cm. ASKO 75 cm is designed to fit a 60cm cut out on current Westinghouse model. The gas connection is under the adjacent cupboard and the product is ready for installation.

The toilet tank lid is broken with cracking. Unknown brand and model. Need a fit replacement of the lid or repair the cracking.

Need to install a new telephone shower replacing existing fixed shower, small job and should be very quick

The right tap labelled H is leaking when the washing machine hose is connected to it, but doesn't leak when nothing is connected. Looking to this fixed so that we can connect the washing machine hose and utilise this tap.

Install supplied kitchen sink and tap to hot /cold water point and waste point. Silicone off to finish. Happy to pay for any additional materials if required separately. Thanks

I need a reliable plumber or handyman to fix a few issues with my rainwater system: Unblock and clean rainwater pipe across the house – The pipe from the house to the street is blocked with soil and leaves. Needs clearing and cleaning to restore proper flow. Fix downpipe connection – The downpipe is misaligned where it connects to the ground drain. The adapter/connector is missing or damaged, allowing debris to enter. Needs proper alignment and replacement of connector. Repair gutter & downpipe joint – There’s a leak at the join between the gutter and downpipe. Needs resealing or fixing to stop water leakage.

My tap/mixer in kitchen has come undone. Not sure if there’s a part missing but need to tighten it back T the sink outlet
