My balcony drainage is blocked

I need to replace existing washing machine taps with low profile ones I’ve purchased (https://ryvebathrooms.com.au/product/arco-right-angle-washing-machine-stop-non-return-valve/ ). Should be a very quick job for a plumber.

Leaking plumbing joint (see photo). The joint is located on a wall approximately 2300mm high and can be reached using a small ladder. I am flexible with time but would like it fixed this week

I have old wall taps in the laundry used to supply my washing machine. The appear to be leaking, and I suspect it will just be a case of changing the washers.I need this job done on Tuesday 11 March, as I have someone coming to fix the laundry floor on Wednesday.

Water is leaking thru one tap i think the tap needed to be replaced and hinges of the door has loosen up because of that door is dropping .

Water is not filling the cistern but will fill if the inlet valve is jiggled. Probably just replace the inlet valve with a new one (can you provide)
