I'm selling my 1-bedroom apartment and need the courtyard and outdoor area cleaned up for inspections. Please bring your own equipment, including a pressure washer if possible. General scope of work: Tiled courtyard area • Sweep away leaves and debris • Pressure wash the tiles to remove the dirt, grime and stains (especially the darker patches near the drains and retaining wall) • Treat the rust marks on the tiles where possible • The tiles underneath the storage trunk (light) have some discolouring. This should come out with a cleaning solution, so please bring a suitable one. • Clean the tile grout lines and skirting tiles Drains • Clear leaves and debris from the drain grates and wash them down Walls and screens • Wash down the white retaining wall (it has water marks and dirt streaks) • Wipe or rinse the black perforated metal screens and the fence panels • Wash the white rendered wall and the exterior window frames Doors and windows • Clean the exterior glass of the sliding doors and windows, including the tracks and frames • Dust the outside of the windows Air conditioner area • Wash the tiles around the outdoor unit, where there are drip stains • Wipe the top and sides of the unit (exterior only) Finishing • Final sweep and rinse so the whole area looks fresh Notes: • The green waste has already been removed, so you only need to deal with the leaves and debris from the clean. • The pebble garden bed doesn't need any work. • The storage trunk will need to be moved to clean underneath it. Please move it back afterwards. • I'll attach photos so you can see the current condition. • Please let me know if you'd like to do a quick walk-through first.
