Very disappointing experience. I requested an invoice for my end-of-lease clean before releasing payment, as I needed it for my real estate agent. Instead of responding through the app, both taskers entered my building by following another resident inside and pressured me in person to release the payment immediately. I felt very uncomfortable and scared. After payment was released, I was blocked and still no invoice. They are reported.
