Front door alignment is a bit off, believe this is due to an issue with the top hinge which may need replacement. Need someone to assess and repair. I can likely lend a hand with helping to hold it up, etc. Also our toilet seat has come loose, not sure if it needs new glue or just to be tightened, but that is a small secondary task. - Due date: Flexible
