[ Toilet and basins in new locations as per plan provided ] 3) MAIN BATHROOM - Rough in for basin , shower , bath and toilet suite [ Toilet and shower in new locations ]. 4) LAUNDRY - Rough in for trough and provide connections for clothes washing machine . Rough in fittings to be provided by tasker along with any compliance certificates (incl. any pressure testing required). Any pipes passing through studs to have plates, so plasterers don't accidently drive screws into the new lines. Also ensure pipes are securely clipped and have appropriate insulation (if required). Front door alignment is a bit off, believe this is due to an issue with the top hinge which may need replacement. Need someone to assess and repair. I can likely lend a hand with helping to hold it up, etc. Also our toilet seat has come loose, not sure if it needs new glue or just to be tightened, but that is a small secondary task. - Due date: Flexible
