Hi, I need a licensed plumber to replace a faulty toilet isolation valve (as shown in the photo). Please note: There are NO active leaks. I am doing this purely as preventative maintenance to clear a future hazard. Current Issue:The current valve has seized up and cannot be fully shut off (water keeps flowing even when turned completely). Scope of work:Locate the main water shut-off valve for the property . Hot water unit replacement

New house move. Just need to secure and plug in washing machine pipe so they don’t leak. Machine already in place. Inflow pipe is already done - just need to secure the outflow pipe. I tried with a steel hose clamp but it’s still leaking. Funny slot.
