Looking for a licensed plumber for two small jobs at my home in Blackburn North (2016 build, freehold duplex). 1. Supply and install a pressure limiting valve at the water meter. I’ve measured the static pressure myself and it’s sitting right on 500 kPa, so I’d like a PLV fitted. Adjustable type preferred if possible. 2. Water line to the fridge. There’s no existing water point behind the fridge, but the hot water system is on the external wall directly behind it — so the line would come off the cold inlet there, through the wall, and out behind the fridge. Would need to be properly sealed on both sides. Fridge is a Samsung side-by-side with ice and water, already in place. Hi, I need a licensed plumber to replace a faulty toilet isolation valve (as shown in the photo). Please note: There are NO active leaks. I am doing this purely as preventative maintenance to clear a future hazard. Current Issue:The current valve has seized up and cannot be fully shut off (water keeps flowing even when turned completely). Scope of work:Locate the main water shut-off valve for the property . Turn off the main water, remove the old faulty valve, and supply + install a new high-quality quarter-turn isolation valve. Reconnect and ensure everything is working correctly. Hot water unit replacement

New house move. Just need to secure and plug in washing machine pipe so they don’t leak. Machine already in place. Inflow pipe is already done - just need to secure the outflow pipe. I tried with a steel hose clamp but it’s still leaking. Funny slot.
