My current water tap is old and leaking, thus need to change to a new one. Some pipes adjustments may needed since the current water tap is old model..i havent bought the water tap as i want to get a suggestion on what's the economical easiest modification in order to accomodate the new water tap. I can purchase myself..this is a bakery kitchen, thus must use commercial one

I'd like to get a shower drain unblocked. Using a cheap drain snake does nothing, and the block is so severe that it immediately fills the shower floor with water after 15-30 seconds. I'd prefer not to use chemicals that cause fumes as at least one of us will be home during this. I'll pay $150 extra if you're willing to clean the grime on the tiles as well - they'll probably need sandpaper and chemicals as some of it is plaster.

Inside of the water tank, water is full, but only a small stream of water comes out of the tap. The pump light shows ‘pump on’ rather than ‘power on’ and the machine has been making loud noises.
