Need my old toilet replaced. I'll have this new toilet from Bunnings available (still in box). I need the old one removed, new one installed and all rubbish (including the old toilet) removed.

Main issue is water leaking inside the toilet bowl. I believe I need to replace some Cistern parts but I need a licensed plumber to check this first, and then install the Cistern parts if required. Hi, I need help fixing a slow leak under my kitchen double sink. The Situation: We recently replaced the kitchen mixer tap and had to disassemble the PVC drainage pipes underneath. Since putting it back together, there’s a persistent drip from one or two of the joints (see photos). What needs to be done: Identify the leak: Check all PVC joints and the connection to the sink strainers. Re-seal/Re-align: Correct any misaligned pipes or worn/pinched rubber washers. Materials: Please bring standard PVC washers/seals or thread tape in case the existing ones are damaged. Note: The middle shelf can be removed for better access (as shown in the photos). Requirements: Experienced with kitchen plumbing and PVC drainage. Must bring your own tools and common replacement washers/seals. Please test for leaks with running water before finishing.

For several months had drainage issues. It started with hair blockage in daughter's shower, then her toilet was slow draining. My other daughter used her bath tub, the water released seemed to move the blockage? And first daughter's situation was resolved.
