Looking for a qualified plumber to replace sink pop up plug and wastes in en-suite of two basins. The spring loaded plug no longer screws in properly, likely due to damaged thread in the waste. Basins are the counter top type so access looks to be limited (refer to photos). Job should include supply and install. Timing wise, need the job done this weekend.

Person with a drain snake to unblock clay pipe in back yard. Has been unblocked before, generally just tree roots.Easy access.

In the laundry, the pipe conneting hot water to the tap is leaking. Once turn on the hot water switch, there is water dipping from the pipe. When turn it off, the dipping is gone. Suspect the tap is loose somewhere.

This time is blocked really bad and plunging work at all and I need a plumber that use that snake thing to declog whatever is down the pipe. -Turned hot water system off when went on holiday -came back this week and tried turning it on but not igniting -not sure what the issue is everyone is quoting equivalent to a new heat pump cost to even have a look at and diagnose, can you help detect the issue as from our understanding its not the thermocouple.
