Small water leak on copper piping under house

Need help of handyman for below small tasks. 1) A/C and the hot water overflow requires diverting to a drain or further from the dwellings wall or footings. 2) Kitchen tap drips very minutely only for 15-20 minutes after closing the tap , there will be no drips further . Need to fix this 3) Sliding door handle needs to be replaced with other new handle. 4) Toilet Pan cone leaking when flushing the toilet. This is a small rubber seal on the rear of the pan and the cistern sleeve connecting fresh water to the pan during flushing. Need to fix this. 5) Range hood measurement for replacement: Need information of this old rang hood such as dimensions etc.. to search other suitable new rang hood of same size to replace this old one. 6) Basin tap tightening up: Sometime little brown edge around the base of wash basin taps appears. Leaking pipe under ensuite bathroom sink – need repair I’ve noticed a leak from the pipe under the sink in my ensuite bathroom. It appears to be dripping slowly and may need either tightening or a replacement part. Looking for someone experienced in basic plumbing to inspect and repair it. My powder room sink drain has been jammed and need help fixing it

We have just ditched gas from our home after a major reno, and need all of the old gas piping and conduit removed from under the floor (note: the gas meter has already been removed, so nothing is live.) There is ample crawl space under the floor via a large manhole (varies btw 1.4m to 0.5m.) This task must include removal and disposal of all pipes (copper & plastic) and plugging of all holes where pipes have pierced the exterior brick veneer walls (3 places) - simple mortar would be suitable. Deadline: end of July 2022. There is also the possibility of removing a bunch of old water pipes under the house too, but this (extra) task can be quoted on the day, ie in addition to the gas pipes removal. - Due date: Flexible
