I have two 6500 L water tanks that supply water to the house (with a two-part filter and UV filter) and a 3000 L underground tank that collects ground water which is pumped to a billabong. The larger tanks are probably okay although they have been collecting water for seven years, but the smaller underground tank has considerable residue and the water being pumped is a cloudy brown colour.

The storm water pipe seems to be blocked. Can still hear the water going through but half of the water is coming out.

Remove shower and base. Replace tiles, waterproof and shower.
