Was previously fixed 4 months ago but the issue has happened again here is what the plumber did: "It was the seating washer but changed inlet valve too as very old" As he's not available will be looking for a different plumber to fix it. We should replace the whole toilet system as it's quite old (the toilet system but not the actual toilet itself).
