We are converting part of our existing laundry to include a new toilet and are looking for a licensed plumber to complete the plumbing work. The tall cabinet next to the washing machine will be removed separately before the plumbing work. The new toilet is proposed in this location, as shown in the attached photos and dimensioned plan. The laundry already has an existing sink and washing machine with plumbing nearby. It is also located close to an existing toilet/bathroom, and there is accessible underfloor/subfloor space beneath the proposed toilet location, which may assist with routing and connecting the new waste pipe. The plumber would need to assess the best connection and drainage arrangement onsite. The plumbing work would generally include: * New toilet waste/sewer connection * Water supply connection for the toilet cistern * Required pipework and fittings * Installation and connection of the new toilet * Testing of the completed plumbing * Compliance certificate/documentation if required The existing laundry sink and washing machine will remain. Cabinet removal/modification and tiling will be organised separately, so this task is for the plumbing and toilet installation only. Photos and a dimensioned layout are attached. Our kitchen sink is draining very slowly. The kitchen waste drains into an external gully trap, which fills with water and then drains very slowly. We have cleaned the accessible debris from the gully and tried flushing it with a garden hose. The blockage appears to be in the downstream outlet pipe after the gully trap, towards the sewer line. We require the external downstream outlet pipe from the gully trap to be cleared and the blockage successfully removed. No work is required on the plumbing under the kitchen sink or inside the house. The gully trap is located outside, under a timber deck, with easy access. Photos are attached. The pipe appears to be approximately 100 mm diameter. We are looking for an experienced, appropriately licensed/qualified plumber or drain specialist with suitable equipment, such as an electric eel/drain snake suitable for 100 mm pipe and/or a high-pressure water jetter. Quick job for an experienced plumber. I’ve removed the existing shower arm and am installing a Flexispray Havana Short Shower System 3F. The supplied inlet connector screws only partway onto the existing ½-inch BSP shower outlet and stops about 10 mm short of the wall. The outlet projects about 20 mm from the finished tile, which according to the instructions shouldn't be an issue. I need you to diagnose the issue and correctly fit the inlet connector. I’ll assemble the rest of the shower, but the other thing I need is for you to install the supplied Mondella Resonance ¼-turn hot and cold wall-top assemblies. All parts and instructions are onsite. I’m looking for an experienced, reliable tradie to complete waterproofing and re‑tiling on my balcony. Total of 8 tiles across two areas, plus small edging cuts around pergola posts. Tile size: 450 × 450 mm. Areas Area A: 6 tiles removed Area B: 2 tiles removed + a section of timber/plywood subfloor missing (see photos) Day 1 – Waterproofing - Cut, fit and seal a 9 mm plywood piece to replace the missing subfloor in Area B. - Apply 2 coats of waterproofing membrane, sealing all gaps with polyurethane and/or join band. - Surface must be smooth, even and fully sealed. - One coat was already applied; if it wasn’t done correctly, apply 2 new coats (preferred). After curing, I will test the membrane. If it fails, you must return to fix any issues or we won't proceed woth Day2 and Day3. Day 2 – Tiling - Install 8 tiles as per photos. - Small cuts required around pergola posts. - Must ensure membrane is not damaged and tiles are level with existing ones. Day 3 – Epoxy Grout - Apply epoxy grout to all new tiles. Experience essential. Materials All supplied by me: tiles, adhesive, join band, plywood, epoxy grout, consumables. I have had someone check the pressure and tell me that it is at 750kpa. I understand it needs to be below 500, and that I will need a pressure limiting valve.

I have a water pump in a tank that pumps water to a larger tank and also supplies water to a garden hose outlet. The pump is new but the fittings have changed and leak when the pump is turned on. I have plenty of fittings available and need to get them fitted correctly so they do not leak.
