reposting - Replace my existing kitchen tap set and install a new under-sink water filter. The countertop is laminate. ​The job includes: ​Remove existing tapware: Disconnect and remove the current 3-piece tap set (separate hot, cold, and spout). ​Install New Mixer Tap: Install a single-hole pull-out mixer tap (supplied as pictured) ​Install Under-Sink Filter: Install a Stefani Under-Counter Filtration System (supplied). Hopefully the filter faucet can be installed into one of the existing side holes of the sink if it fits. ​Plumbing Connections: Connect the mixer to existing water lines (currently rigid copper—will likely need mini cistern/isolation valves installed for the new flexible hoses). ​Supplied: ​New pull-out mixer tap with flexible hoses. ​Stefani Under-Sink Filter Kit (including filter, housing, and small faucet).

am looking for a licensed plumber to complete the final fit-off for a bathroom renovation. The vanity is in place, and the tiling is complete. ​The job consists of three main parts: ​1. Vessel Basin Installation: ​Basin: Install and seal a top-mount vessel basin onto the laminate benchtop. ​Tapware: Connect the mixer tap bench-mounted). ​Waste & Traps: Install the pop-up waste and connect the P-trap to the existing waste pipe.It must be compatible with IKEA bathroom vanity. Compact system. Ensure no waste leakage also under the house. Concrete stump house. ​Water Connections: Connect the hot and cold water lines to the existing wall valves (shown in photos).vales need to change to a smaller version for fitting the vanity drawer. ​2. Toilet Installation: ​Pan Connection: Install a new toilet (back-to-wall) connecting to the existing floor waste ( configuration as per photo). ​Water Inlet: move the existing water tap on the wall to behind or if not possible to the left side of toilet for better esthetics.Connect it also. ​Sealing: Silicone/seal the base of the toilet to the floor tiles. 3. Hi there, My water pump has been broken for a while. It can be opened but there is no water pressure. Also the leaking toilet needs to be looked into as well. The toilet is a very old and special Porcher toilet. I found the parts online and here attached the details.
