Hello! I am after a quote to do the following: Remove and Dispose of Old Toilet Install New Toilet I am after a licensed, qualified and insured plumber.

A plastic toilet cleaner was washed down the toilet & may be preventing the toilet flushing completely. Check for a blockage. Replace the piston in a mixer tap with the parts supplied by the tap-ware company.

Need new top fixings installed on existing toilet. Existing toilet seat to be used. Parts have been purchased.

Leaking copper pipe just prior to hot water unit inlet. Tap has been turned off prior to inlet, so hot water unit is out of action until fixed.

I don't know the exact issue, but this issue happens for all household taps. If the water was not running for few hours, the water goes yellow for couple mins again. After water run for few mins, it goes clear. No metal smells. I proactively cleaned the kitchen sink drain today until the points where the U shaped drain catcher ends. There was a lot of accumulation from previous owners. I have put it back but noticed that the water is moving very slow and is pushing back from other sink as well. Not sure what’s going on here. Can anyone expert help me tighten all the elements from flange to the drain disposal please?
