Water leak from shower head. Small leak remains when main supply is shut off

Plumbing work needed. I am making a laundry cupboard and need cold & hot water washing machine taps and drain installed. the house is on piers and has about 600Mm clearance. The current water pipe to the kitchen sink is 3 meters away. The drain - I just want a pipe and S bend. Installed, there is a similar place to join to under the floor 3 meters away. I also need my vent pipe moving, it currently runs up through an internal wall and out through the roof. We are removing that wall and and need the vent pipe redirected and up outside the exterior wall. If you take on this job, I have more work in about 2 weeks. To move a gas pipe and gas stove connection which is in the wall to be removed and brought up to a new location approximately 2 meters away. This can be quoted separately.
