Hi, I have a leaking bathroom basin. The issue is with the white flexible waste pipe underneath (as shown in the photo). I need a plumber to remove the flexible hose and install a proper, solid plastic P-trap or Bottle trap to fix the leak permanently. We have a double story house and noticed a dripping sound downstairs in the kitchen when someone was showing upstairs in the ensuite. It doesn't seem to be the faucet in the shower (tested by turning it on into a bucket). Seems to be the drain itself (tested by pouring water directly down the drain). Please see images. Have just put $50 for budget - obviously this will change once it's investigated further.

Basin is set up and pipe through kitchen sink is set up, holes already drilled, just need to extend water supply and drainage pipes & connecting them together, need to supply connecting pipe around 1m length.
