Hi Our kitchen tap has had a hole blown in it. 1) Seeking a quote to replace it with a new one. Happy to provide or pay for the mixer separately. My current kitchen mixer tap is leaking from its base, causing water to seep into the particleboard under the sink. I will supply a new tap (pull out mixer) and would like it to be properly secured. The particleboard under the sink already has some water staining. I'm looking for someone experienced with plumbing and tap repairs/installations, so that the the leak does not reoccur. A qualified plumber would be preferred, but an experienced handyman with proven tap repair skills will also be considered.

Hey, I got a toilet blocked in my house, it's a double-story townhouse, the blocked toilet was located in ground floor next to laundry room.
