Water keep leaking from the tap despite change of cartridge 35mm raised

I have a tap which the sprayer has broken and I need to replace the tap with this model I have already purchased . the tap should be like for like and no parts should be required . I simply need the new tap installed and while I could undertake this task myself I would prefer someone with experience so the job is done correctly first time with no issues

Hi Our kitchen tap has had a hole blown in it. 1) Seeking a quote to replace it with a new one. Happy to provide or pay for the mixer separately. I want a high quality replacement. 2) It also looks like there has been some dodgy repair work to the dishwasher hose. Should that be repaired or replaced as well? Cheers.

My current kitchen mixer tap is leaking from its base, causing water to seep into the particleboard under the sink. I will supply a new tap (pull out mixer) and would like it to be properly secured. The particleboard under the sink already has some water staining. I'm looking for someone experienced with plumbing and tap repairs/installations, so that the the leak does not reoccur. A qualified plumber would be preferred, but an experienced handyman with proven tap repair skills will also be considered.

Will need guidance on how to measure and select a suitable toilet that will fit without leaving any gaps or holes from old unit (happy for you to come a day in advance to physically inspect and measure, or to chat back and forth via Airtasker) I will purchase the toilet and mixer tap from Bunnings or wherever and you can assist with replacing them. Alternatively happy for you to purchase on my behalf and I'll reimburse it. Price will include disposal of old toilet and mixer tap as well. Job is not super urgent but will appreciate if completed as soon as possible. Location is in Oakleigh South.

Hey, I got a toilet blocked in my house, it's a double-story townhouse, the blocked toilet was located in ground floor next to laundry room. It's blocked and water goes down slowly, all other bathrooms/toilets in the house are working perfect. Hence just need 1 toilet unblock work to be done. Ideally on 27th May.
