Hand basin tap is losse. Access is difficult to tighten. May need removal of basin then resealing silicone. Have videos to explain but site accepts images only. Also have a plumbed Gas BBQ ..ignitor not working.

The tap aerator has come off from my kitchen sink. Its a push in aerator as the aerator or tap have no threads. I live in a rental so cant change the tap. Ive tried a few aerators and they dont work. I need the outside of the aerator to have threads so I can attach my water filter. Any help would be appreciated.

Hot Water system consists currently of Chromagen SV 20 Solar heater tank and continuous gas heater Eternity T26. Both connected together. Chromagen SV 20 tank developed a water leak. So rather than replacing SV 20, bypass it. Bypass Chromagen 20SV Solar Water tank (not gonna be using solar water heater) And leave existing continuous water heater Eternity T26 to be the only water heater used. Not sure what the cost would be.

My shower head keeps dripping even when both hot and cold taps are fully turned off. It’s a traditional shower with separate hot and cold twist taps (not a mixer). I think one of the internal washers or seals needs to be replaced. Looking for a licensed plumber to fix it and supply the replacement parts if needed.

Change old tap handles and spout wth new ones I have bought. I have photos of both.

After installing all three toilets in my house, the water drains slowly. Also, the water drains slowly when I take a shower. This needs to be resolved.
