Rectification of the cause of the water leak should be addressed prior to any remedial works to the swollen building elements. A licensed plumber should be appointed immediately to identify the cause of the leak and provide advice on remedial works as necessary. Repair and/or replacement of swollen building elements should be conducted as a matter of urgency by a registered builder or qualified carpenter. 2. Missing grout / silicone in ensuite shower needs to be reapplied 3. Broken downpipe on the exterior walls that needs to be fixed (2 areas) 4. HWS overflow that needs to be properly connected/plumbed in: A qualified plumber should be appointed immediately to identify the cause of the excessive moisture in order to prevent further damage.

Looking to fix showerhead drips & taps leak. Need a proper job to be done.

it has cold water and no hot water. Cold water side works fine. On the hot water side, only a small amount of water comes out and it’s barely warm. The unit is a Rinnai GHF4170N. No visible water leaks near the gas burner

The bathroom is outdated and currently includes a shower, basin, and bathtub, but no toilet. I plan to remove the bathtub, install a toilet in its place, and fully renovate the entire bathroom.

Toilet keeps running water after flushing. Would like to have the issue inspected and rectified.

Need to collect the gutter exit pipe to the storm water drain. There is 3 exits should be connected to one entry. I’ve got few parts but not enough anyways check the photos and quote including the material. Another option can be done change one of the gutters (which has 2 exits to a new one with a single exit but need to redo the fall then you only left with 2 exits to 1 entry. I don’t think it requires a license plumber to do so unless we are going to replace the gutter.
