We require assistance with three tasks: 1. The floor drain in the main bathroom stinks. We have previously removed quite a lot of long hair from previous tenants and thought it would help, but the smell hasn’t gone away. I think it needs a professional to assist. 2. The main bathroom sink was installed with a pop-up / push-down plug. The spring mechanism appears to be jammed, such that if you push it down it doesn’t come back up. 3. Same as for 2 in respect of the spare bathroom.

I have a new house with a toilet that suddenly is continously 'running' a trickle of water, after being flushed. I have tried jiggling the mechanism inside.
