Possibly flush valve seal needs work/replacement, low flow flush doesn’t flush at all, high flow flush occasionally will flow continuously after flushing for up to 5 minutes before stops. Model is Gerberit Sigma 70. - Due date: Before Monday, 29 January 2024

I have two taps that are leaking. One bathroom basin mixer tap (black tiles behind) that was making funny noises and wouldnt turn off so we have turned it off at the main underneath the basin. One kitchen basin mixer tap (beige Caeserstone behind) that has been dripping for a long time so i figured this is the chance to get it fixed! Someone told me the kitchen mixer tap requires a cylinder? I just need this tap to get me through the next 6 months before a kitchen reno will see it go in the bin. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 28 November 2023

I have a hissing sound coming from a water pipe. It's under the timber floor of a timber cottage. There is 450mm underfloor clearance, and the location is close to the side of the house, with side laneway access.
