Replace broken tap at commercial gym

We’re looking for a qualified plumber to help relocate the water/waste pipes for a commercial coffee machine at our café in Armadale. The job involves moving the existing pipework approximately 1.5 metres from its current location. Pipes are located underneath the timber flooring. Job needs to be completed by Monday.

Shower has 2 outlets Wall shower works but rain shower not working. One mixer with knob to change outlet. Want both to work. Two bathrooms have same shower. Both have same issue.

hot shower valve not outputting water. Hot water is working on all other taps. I think the hot faucet valve needs to be cleaned or replaced. Armadale 2nd floor apartment.

Washing machine’s cold water hose is too tight for me to unscrew myself. Need to have disconnected without damaging inlet pipe.

The fixtures and fittings need to be relocated into the linen press, which is next door to where the machine is currently located. The walls are solid brick and are approx 130mm thick. The tap fittings in the bathroom need to be disconnected and new fittings installed in the cupboard. The outlet pipes are to run through the wall into the bathroom where they can be connected into the basin in the bathroom.

Replace Caroma kitchen taps. Swapping exact taps, old for new.

Showerhead is fixed and hard to clean body/ bathtub. Grime stays Replace with a more flexible and a effective version

Dripping shower head, washer needs replacing. We have purchased two washers just need help actually replacing them.

Im not strong enough to unscrew the tap aerator to install a water filter on my kitchen sink!! I also want to install a water filter on my shower which needs some screwing too

I have purchased all new taps, shower head and basin. Need someone to remove old tapware and basin and replace with new ones.

Gas hot water system has stopped working. Gas supply to house is fine (cooktop working), so issue seems to be with the unit. Older Rheem outdoor storage system with manual control. No hot water at all – likely pilot light or thermocouple issue but needs inspection and fix.

We have two chips in our sink that we need filled in before our rental inspection. We are pretty inexperienced in the area and don’t have/know what supplies we need, so will reimburse for materials.

Hi - bathroom basin tap is leaking. Probably the washer (not sure). Need someone to check and fix. Preferably someone carrying the washer or any parts required. Cheers

Hi there, recently moved places and the movers lazily didn’t do the installation of the washing machine. I’ve attached some photos and by viewing it looks like it needs an inlet hose.

There are two townhouses (side by side) that require a set of washing machine and dryer to be installed in each home. I require plumber to install draining and hose connections. We have standard hose connections and drains however they require extensions to be able to install. (Approx 1M extension on hose and drain) Also 1 of the dryers is a heat pump and I would like that drain installed too into the plumbing. We do not have clasps or silicon and that would need to be supplied by installer.

We require our existing (broken) dishwasher uninstalled and new dishwasher installed Old dishwasher - renlig dishwasher IKEA New dishwasher - Lagan dishwasher IKEA It is an integrated dishwasher being replaced. Ideally done today or tomorrow Based in Armadale.
