Hi, I’m looking for an experienced plumber to help with a blockage issue. My toilet is not draining properly (water drains very slowly). At the same time, I can hear bubbling/gurgling noises coming from the sink next to the toilet when I flush. From what I understand, it might be a blockage in the pipes or main drain, but I’m not sure.

The apartment has easy access and the job is straightforward for an experienced plumber. Scope of works: - Replace existing kitchen sink mixer with a new mixer - Install a separate water filter tap (will require drilling a hole in the stone benchtop) - Install a Waterdrop water filtration system connected to the filter tap - Install an Insinkerator (there is a separate wall power point already in place) - Swap existing shower head fixture for a new one - Tidy up and seal the sink where it meets the benchtop (tightening gaps and/or applying appropriate silicone sealant as required) Notes: All fixtures, fittings, and appliances are already onsite.You’ll just need to bring your own tools (including stone drilling equipment). Apartment has good access and parking. I have a leaking shower head that needs fixing. I’m thinking it needs the washer replaced. The kitchen sink tap handle has also come off and needs this fixed. (See photos)

Existing sink mixer is leaking from an edge/seam. I have purchased same type. I believe it’s a pretty straight forward easy job.

Heya! Needing a licensed plumber asap to fix 2 taps - one kitchen and one bathroom. (Have purchased replacements already) My toilet has the in / out float broken and it is continually running. Needs new parts - which I do not have and are willing to pay for new parts. Budget $400 is for labour, as have new taps - only require to pay for is toilet parts additional to this budget. Home at the mo with a bad back so looking to get it fixed as soon as possible.
