The apartment has easy access and the job is straightforward for an experienced plumber. Scope of works: - Replace existing kitchen sink mixer with a new mixer - Install a separate water filter tap (will require drilling a hole in the stone benchtop) - Install a Waterdrop water filtration system connected to the filter tap - Install an Insinkerator (there is a separate wall power point already in place) - Swap existing shower head fixture for a new one - Tidy up and seal the sink where it meets the benchtop (tightening gaps and/or applying appropriate silicone sealant as required) Notes: All fixtures, fittings, and appliances are already onsite.You’ll just need to bring your own tools (including stone drilling equipment).
