Hi, I need help unblocking a toilet in my first-floor apartment. Reseat a leaking tap. New Washer did not fix the leak

Need help removing a stuck shower hose and kitchen tap aerator – simple job, with the right tools it should take 15 minutes max I am trying to install both a shower and tap filter and need these unscrewed first. Installation of the filters is not required, just the unscrewing of the aerator and the shower hose pictured.

Toilet cistern refilling problems: 1. Slow 2. Makes a 'jackhammer' sound after refilling. Only stops when I turn off valve at the wall. (Not a water hammer in pipes)

Dishwasher not draining the water, need to unclog the drain

The outlet pipe of our external toilet leaks on flushing rendering it unusable. The previous owners attempted a patch up but we would like it definitely fixed. The sink mixer also leaks and I could not find the exact replacement cartridge. Finally the copper inlet pipe in the bathroom sink has a slow leak on use. I haven’t been able to fix it.

Toilet seat is cracked, and have bought a new one. Trying to replace it but can’t!
