Need to fix a running toilet

Have an ice machine and need to connect blue pipe to ground floor water main (about 5m of pipe wil reach water main)

We’re installing a new kitchen at our local kinder. It will be done in the school holidays. We need a plumber to replace the sink for us once the joinery/benchtop is in. I need someone to help replace my toilet seat. I have the new one ready to install but the bolt on the old one is extremely difficult to undo. It's a pretty simple job but I don't have the tools to do it.

My Bosche dishwasher is not draining, showing E24 as the error. I have already cleaned out the filter so believe it is a blocked pipe. Hoping someone can come by this weekend and resolve the issue.

I have water dripping in through toilet fan from my corregated tin roof. Water is coming in through an old and pretty shonky silicone seal around the exhaust pipe above the fan. I need someone to come out and reseal that pipe properly and waterproof the pipe and check the roof for any other areas needing some new sealing where water migjt be coming in. We have a laminate kitchen bench with a stainless steel sink. Water gathers behind the sink and gets in to the bench and drips to the cupboards below. There’s also a join in the bench that is water damaged. Toilet Plumbing not working effectively. When I flush, it does not drain. Some water comes into the bowl but does not effectively flush. Not a traditional toilet unit. Toilet normal but plumbing is behind this button/wall button (Please see attached)
