Rain water has leaked into the kitchen damaged floating floorboards. There must be holes outside that need filling to permanently stop this from happening. Floating floorboards are damaged as a result and need replacing.

Hello there. We are after an indicative quote for some works to our apartment block in St Kilda. 1. Is to replace the sewerage pit at ground level- this services three apartments. I believe that the current pit needs to be completely removed and replaced. Then pipes repaired as required entering the pit itself. Clean and remove waste. Reconcrete where necessary. 2. Add stormwater drain to concrete path. This area floods every time it rains. We need to have a drain installed to avoid having a muddy mess near our entrance. The closest drain will be approx. 1.5 meters away. Concrete cutting and excavation works. Installing drain. Cleaning and repair of concrete. 3. reinstate storm water drain. Over the years this drain has been concreted over. We would like to reinstate this drain to dispose of water which floods every time it rains. Concrete cutting. Installing stormwater pit and connection. Reconcreting area. Clean. Rubbish removed. If you could please confirm that you are a licensed plumber and equipped and insured to do this work. Obviously the quote can be adjusted when you see what is involved in person. We are ready to have works commence straight away.

My apartment's washing machine cold water tap is leaking and I'm looking to get it fixed even if it's a temporary job. It's not the washing machine inlet but the tap itself.

We are replacing a kitchen in an apartment. Need a qualified plumber/ gas fitter to move water and gas connections approx 800mm and install a new waste for sink 1000mm from current location.
