I need a licensed or registered plumber and there are four maintenance tasks that need to be completed in my apartment: 1. The cold water valve needs to be replaced. 2. The hot water valve in the shower also needs replacement. 3. The basin tap needs to be replaced as it makes noise. 4. Tap is leaking just under the connecting handle, not all the time but occasionally

I believe there may be an issue with the tank seal, as there’s a continuous water leak into the toilet bowl. It’s a small, slow leak, but it happens 24/7. Hello, My shower is leaking, and need to get it repaired. I think it's broken *before* the handle part of the water flow, as with or without the shower head, it leaks (and Ive tightened the handles super tough, so that's not the problem). Clearly I'm not a plumber or know much about what I'm talking about here, but I hope it's an easy fix :) Would love to get it repaired as soon as you can! Also due to me trying to empty out the water that's filling the shower head, I think I've damaged the shower head screwy part, so I'd love to get a new shower head. I'll attach a bunch of photos so you can see everything, along with the type of shower head (a cheap one would be great as I'm currently unemployed). And maybe some cheap new handles? The "hot" and "off" keep coming off. I have the following timeslots free: Sunday 10:00am until midday (hard in at 10 and hard out at 12 I'm sorry) Otherwise I'm free all day Monday :) or Tuesday early (hard out at 9:00am or you can come after 5:00pm) Monday would be the least stressful haha
