The tank on our roof is leaking from valve at the top. Supply has been now been switched off. Looking for assessment / repair. Can send photos videos if it helps

The pipe under bathroom sink is leaking. Seems to be coming from the tap see picture.

Need to install 3 sinks into 3 separate treatment rooms. Taps and sinks supplied. Is second story premesis Heritage listed, minimal damage to existing fabrics is allowed. Need additional advice if we need extra hot water unit at far end of the building, hot water must not take to long to come out.
