My sink tap is leaking when turned to the middle position. I believe it may be a cartridge or seal issue. Looking for someone experienced to fix it (prefer repair, not full tap replacement).

Plumbing under kitchen sink. Small copper pipe is leaking need blocked off. Also remove unnecessary tap and pipe back to wall.
