Find an experienced plumber in Glen Huntly

The kitchen sink drains very slowly after running water for a short time. I have already removed and checked the U-shaped pipe (P-trap) under the sink, and there was no blockage inside. I also noticed there is a small leak from the pipe underneath. Looking for someone to inspect the drain, identify the cause of the slow drainage, and fix the issue if possible.

Blocked toilet, had emergency plumber tried with air pressure with no luck. Plumber suspected it was tree root. Need someone with proper equipment for the job.

I’m looking for a licensed or experienced plumber to repair a leaking kitchen tap. The tap only stops dripping if I push one of the handles much further than it used to, and it’s gradually getting worse. Hoping I don’t need to replace the entire tap.

Tap screwing loosened from beneath and needs to be fixed

Water meter took a glancing blow from a car wheel and the blue cap sheared off. Need to realign the position so it's more protected and replace the blue cap which was damaged. (I was able to put it back on temporarily, but it needs replacing). There is good driveway access and no dogs

Experienced in smaller plumbing jobs and have replaced tap repairs before. Kitchen taps need replacement of washers. I have some simple washers which I think are the correct ones. Must have experience in this area before. Glen Huntly 3163.

The model of the new smart toilet: Toto Dara Back To Wall Smart Toilet Suite with S2 Package DARABTWS2 We have attached the picture of the bathroom. Please note, there’s no nearby power socket near the toilet, so the job also require running a wire across the mirror. As shown on the picture. I've just moved into new apartment and a couple of the taps are leaking and need new washers. Might as well do them all at once! There are three mixer taps (1x kitchen, 2x bathroom) and four normal ones in the laundry. The washing machine is connected, but it's leaking a lot - would need you to check to see what the problem is (hopefully just needs a new washer too) and fix it. You'll need to provide all supplies etc. Only after licensed plumbers, please! Would be great to get it done tomorrow (Sunday), but I'll also be home all day Monday if that works better.
