Fix/repair thermopile for gas jet master heater

A metal elbow in one of the downpipes has a hole and needs fixing as water goes straight out rather than to the storm drain. The rest of the guttering system works well.

The shower-head is continuously leaking drops of water. Need someone to fix it so it doesn't leak.

New Dishwasher needs only cold water in. Unfortunately under the sink is only access to the hot. So I need new hardware sourced and installed to do so. Also 2nd smaller task or replacing perished pan cone rubber from upstairs toilet

Have a Rinnai solar hot water system with a gas booster. Hot water tank is in the backyard at ground level. Overflow pipe is constantly leaking - suspect might be issue with pressure relief valve. Need a qualified plumber to look into and repair. - Due date: Before Monday, 18 September 2023

I need an experienced plumber to replace the old leaking shower head and install new ones. I would also like to get the taps replaced. Please refer to photos to see the type of shower head and taps I currently have. I will prefer to get mixer taps instead of the old washer taps. And also get modern shower head (square/rectangular).
