Garden tap is running even though tightly fastened so presume an issue with a washer or the like - need repair

Remove broken dishwasher hose fitting from tap Need someone experienced with basic plumbing/handyman work to remove a broken dishwasher AquaStop hose fitting that is stuck on a laundry tap. The plastic connector has broken and the remaining collar won’t unscrew. I don’t want to force it and risk damaging the tap. Just need the broken fitting safely removed from the existing tap. Water is turned off. Located in Hampton. Photos attached

I need a plumber to assess potential water damage in my bathroom. I had a building inspection done for the sale and it has flagged water damage. Task: Set Up Primal Ice Bath Chiller – Troubleshoot Pump Error Looking for someone to come to my home and get my Primal Ice ice bath operating correctly. The ice bath is fully assembled, but the chiller/pump is displaying an error. The troubleshooting guide indicates it may simply be air trapped in the pump or valves, and the task is to follow the manufacturer’s setup and bleeding instructions until the unit is working correctly. What’s required: * Follow the Primal Ice setup/troubleshooting instructions. * Bleed any air from the system if required. * Check the valves and hose connections. * Ensure the pump is operating correctly and the unit is functioning before leaving. I expect this to take 30 minutes to 1 hour maximum. I’m simply after someone who is comfortable following the instructions and troubleshooting the setup—I just don’t have the time to do it myself.

Licensed plumber to fix hot water. The heat pump hot water system shows water as 59 degrees but the temp coming out of the tap is around 38 degrees. Could be the tempering value but not 100% sure. Require a plumber to identify the issue and fix.

Purchase new cistern and seat, e.g Bunnings Fix-a-loo white millennium cistern would be ok, $167rrp, then install it on our existing toilet.

I need a tap installed by a plumber in my courtyard. I’m unsure about connecting pipes etc so I’ll need a qualified plumber to come and look and then probably come back to install tap.

The flushing system of the toilet is in the wall (not the tank!) which started leaking, and then caused issues in the flushing system as it is not flushing down. Need help with fixing this.
