Shower area appears to be leaking water onto the carpet outside the bathroom. I have tried resealing some external gaps with silicone, but the issue still remains. Need someone to inspect and identify the source of the leak, whether it is from shower seals, waterproofing, plumbing, or another issue, and provide repair recommendations/ quote

Looking for a licensed plumber to address the following; 1 - Fix currently loose kitchen tap head/replace with a new one 2 - Fix slow drain on a bathroom sink 3 - Adjust shower screen in a bathroom 4 - Add mould resistant silicone (replace existing silicone) to a shower junction 5 - Adjust drain connection cap for washer/dryer

I put in a water drop filter but the faucet hose needs to be fixed.

My dish washer isn’t draining itself, it happened randomly when doing its usual daily cycle and it started leaking. I assume it could be possible food build up or something, have checked the drains under the sink but can’t seem to see/find anything.

Need this board cut along the line to remove the extra length and then cut the PVC pipe so it’s shorter

In a subdivided plan, Main water shutoff valve for the unit is not fully shutting off water supply to home. Need licenced plumber to fix or replace the valve.

Storm water seems to be coming into our drain in our driveway. Water is gushing all the time. We've had a few neighbors come by knocking on our door, concerned about the water noise and weather something has bursed. Kingston council has confirmed that it is storm water, but since it's on private property, not their responsibility. I'm not sure if everything is correct. From the round hole in the kerb, water flows out, sometimes a lot, into the middle of the road. Council advised that a plumber might be able to solve this issue.

Toilet is blocked and would like that to be fixed.

I stupidly bent and pierced a copper pipe that was still connected but had previously been capped off. Need someone to come and cap it off further down. Not sure if the old, existing cap can be used or not, looks old. Located in Moorabbin, close to Highett.
