Two separate jobs at the one property. 1. Toilet leaking from the base Water is pooling around the base of downstairs toilet (towels down at the moment). It was blocked (likely toilet paper) shortly before the leak started, so the two may be related. 2. Outside drain overflows in heavy rain Small square grate in the paved courtyard backs up during rain, leaving a large puddle across the pavers. What I need: Licensed plumber to attend, diagnose both issues, then repair or clear on the spot where possible. Please quote for the callout plus likely fix. Hi Looking for an experienced licensed plumber/drainage contractor with a high-pressure jetter / drain cleaning equipment and CCTV inspection equipment. I have recently had a CCTV drainage report completed on a residential property in Glen Iris which identified: - Blockage in 90mm PVC agi pipe at front of property - Tree root intrusion/blockage in 100mm earthenware stormwater pipe at front of property (and mis-alignment - Partial blockage in sewer line along side boundary Scope of work: High-pressure jet clean agi / old stormwater drains at front of property High pressure sewer / clean at side of property boundary Clear root intrusion where possible. CCTV inspection after all cleaning - advise / quote on any repairs if necessary. Important: Earthenware pipe appears to be old and may be a shared stormwater line. Looking for a careful operator experienced with earthenware drains. Cleaning and inspection only at this stage. Not seeking repair quotes yet through this job, to be discussed on site after.
