There is no cavity for the dishwasher to currently go into. they will need to hole saw the cabinetry to run the power and hoses through the base. The downstairs kitchen requires extra length of both to run it to the connections under the sink. If the person can attend, bringing extra equipment to cover this, it will mean a single call out for parties. We expect the total work will be no more than two hours. Cost budgeted for is labour. Materials may be extra as required.

The WC flushes ok but the water level comes high up the bowl before emptying reasonably quickly. I think it may need to be unblocked further down the piping. - Due date: Flexible
