Leak under bathroom sink has worsened over last day. Appears to be from tap/flexi hose or isolation valve (see photo). Easy access, Caulfield VIC. Looking for licensed plumber to fix leak (tighten/replace washer or flexi hose if needed).

This is an established subdivided property. The front property has main meter. The back property already has a check meter.

Things to note: - is in a covered alfresco area, ideally want flexible line to be run to work in with future cabinetry (inc sink) to be installed - about 70cm from cold water outlet to brick wall - area will be cleared for ease of access
