Need someone experienced with plumbing to install the water supply and drain connection for a robot vacuum docking station. The installation is under a bathroom basin. Work required: * Install a 1/2” tee on the cold water supply for the robot water inlet. * Install a 40mm appliance waste tee / drain adaptor on the basin drain for the robot wastewater outlet. * Connect the supplied inlet and drain hoses. * Ensure there are no leaks and everything is working correctly. Notes: * Bathroom basin has a 40mm PVC P-trap. * Existing plumbing photos are attached. * I have attached photos of the existing plumbing. If you believe there is a cleaner, simpler or more reliable installation method than the one described above, I’m happy to follow your recommendation.

My toilet appears to have a partial blockage—when flushed, the water level rises very high in the bowl before slowly seeping back down to its normal level. I am seeking a plumber or drain clearer to clear the pipe obstruction, ensure the toilet flushes properly, and provide a fixed quote for the job.

There’s a small hole in an elbow of a down pipe, which is under the floor and accessible but a little tricky. I’ve had a plumber come and scope it out and can be done, but he did his acl in football and suggested I get someone else on it instead. It should just require cutting that piece out and replacing it. I have the pipe bypassed at the moment, but want to get it fixed. I also have another job at my place to look at if you’re able, separate from this ad: I need an aggy pipe installed down the side of the house. The existing trench is ~300mm deep, ~5m long. The house sits low so the bearer will rot if I fill the trench in, so I’ve just left the trench open for now. At one end of the trench there’s drainage point that’s below the level of the trench, so we should be able to run it straight into there. Don’t include this in your offer. You’ll need to see it to quote it.

We have a very small kitchen and don’t have an obvious spot for a dishwasher. One solution is in room next to kitchen- easy access to electrics but water would need to come through brick wall and perhaps drain to exterior pipe. Will purchase new DW with confirmation of install costs See photos

Swap out the old clothes washing machine for the new one, they probably way around 80kg each, we were able to move them with 2 men and can help you move them again, it's just we were hoping for some help hooking the tubes and things into the wall. Shouldn't take longer than half an hour. OBO

Hi there! We have three (hopefully) small plumbing tasks. The bathroom sink isn’t draining, just filling with water and very slowly draining. The shower is much better but is also draining slower than it has in the past. With this, we’ve also noticed our kitchen sink tap the water is running with less pressure than usual. So three things: - Bathroom sink draining - Shower draining - Kitchen tap pressure We have a dog who is super friendly but will probably come up to you and say hello so probably not the best job if you’re not a dog person :)

Replace toilet seat and remove old fittings Need someone to remove the existing broken toilet seat and hinge hardware, then install a new soft-close top-fix toilet seat (already purchased). Need to lower water pressure asap

Need a licensed plumber to replace a failed Tomson tempering valve on my Rheem Stellar 360 gas storage hot water system. Tank is producing 70°C at the outlet but taps are only delivering 38°C. Looking for: Licensed plumber to supply and fit a like-for-like replacement (RMC HeatGuard 15mm or equivalent) compliance cert etc. Standard business hours fine, no urgency The unit is accessible at the side of the house on a timber deck. Existing valve is 15mm with standard union connections, should be a straightforward swap. Please quote total fixed price including parts, labour and call-out.

I've turned the water off and drained the tank and it's still dripping

Water pipe with tap has snapped at ground level of rock garden in front yard. Pipe is old and will need to be replaced in near future. Need repair for now. Have had to switch water off at house
