Looking for a plumber to remove our existing broken kitchen sink mixer tap and install a new one. The job involves: Removing the existing kitchen mixer tap. Installing the replacement tap. Ensuring all connections are secure and leak-free. The new tap is already on site. Just need someone with the appropriate tools and experience to complete the installation.

Need blockage cleared of main drain. Approx 5 metres. Toilet, basin and not draining properly. Most other fixtures and other toilet/ bathroom working normally. I’m aware the toilet will need to be removed for access and then reattached. We had plumber today try and know that the proper equipment is required to clear block. Thanks

House built in 1994. Bath tub upstairs. Seperate handle and same spout. Hot water not working. Have tried to replace spindle although not exactly the same. Does not seem to be damaged anyway. When I’ve had it off and turned mains back on there is the slightly amount of water coming out of the hot side. When I turn the cold water on it comes out of the spout and out of the hot side opening. Additionally some older style taps are leaking

Small shower (approximately 1m²) requires old caulk/silicone to be removed and replaced with mould-resistant bathroom silicone, ensuring a clean, neat and watertight finish. Additionally, we would like someone to inspect the seal around our bathroom sink drain, as there appears to be some mould/grime buildup, and advise whether resealing is required. Preferably looking for someone with plumbing experience or a licensed plumber, as we may have additional plumbing work in the future.

The kitchen mixer tap has become loose at the base . Needs fixing

Bathroom sink doesn’t plug and seems to be dirty underneath the drain plug. Just need plug/drain replaced and the pipe cleaned out.

I need two downpipes that have been cut and diverted to be reinstated. One section of guttering repaired and the pipe which led to an old water tank removed from my carport, and an old copper water pipe that’s been welded shut cut off and capped at ground level. See photos.
