Pipes are located in cupboards under kitchen sink and are dripping into cupboard space. Apartment is 7 years old.

As you can see the tap need to be reattached cuz it keeps falling

G'day! Looking for someone to help fix the spout on my laundry tub. Every time I pop it back on and turn on the water, the water pressure just blows it right off. Plumber sought for RAM cross handle pillar taps to be installed in bathroom sink plus removal of current taps

Remove laundry taps. Cut existing pipes shorter. Permanently seal pipes so can be concealed in wall cavity. I will patch the plasterboard. I will dispose of waste materials. I will clean up. Must be licensed and provide warranty for work. See photos with approx measurements. Must be able to do the job so that the hole does not effect the existing bench top and can be covered by new splash back (height shown in photo).

House built in 1994. Bath tub upstairs. Seperate handle and same spout. Hot water not working. Have tried to replace spindle although not exactly the same. Does not seem to be damaged anyway. When I’ve had it off and turned mains back on there is the slightly amount of water coming out of the hot side. When I turn the cold water on it comes out of the spout and out of the hot side opening. Additionally some older style taps are leaking

I need a sink overflow installed to my laundry sink. Existing sink does not have an overflow, however S trap does has provision for overflow to be installed. Works include the supply of a suitable overflow kit that ensures water tightness.

Access the under floor space to turn off faulty water pump. Easy to get to with 1.5 metre height of area beneath house

I would like a new tap to be installed behind a fridge, with a pressure regulator and shut off valve. Once this is done I would like the fridge to be connected to tap. There is easy access to water right out side.

Water is leaking from the bottom of the toilet when it is flushed. Needs the rubber seal replaced.

Small shower (approximately 1m²) requires old caulk/silicone to be removed and replaced with mould-resistant bathroom silicone, ensuring a clean, neat and watertight finish. Additionally, we would like someone to inspect the seal around our bathroom sink drain, as there appears to be some mould/grime buildup, and advise whether resealing is required. Preferably looking for someone with plumbing experience or a licensed plumber, as we may have additional plumbing work in the future.
