Qualified plumber required to diagnose and permanently rectify a plumbing issue under a bathroom vanity. There is a strong sewer/drain smell entering the bathroom from the vanity. Current setup is shown in the attached photos: * Basin has an existing Caroma P-trap. * There is a separate grey waste pipe/tundish next to the basin waste. * A small white discharge pipe, potentially air-conditioning condensate, discharges into the open tundish. * The tundish/waste appears to be allowing sewer gases back into the vanity/bathroom. Scope: * Diagnose exactly where the grey tundish/waste pipe connects and confirm the source of the smell. * Check whether the tundish waste is correctly trapped. * Check whether an existing trap has dried out or is incorrectly installed. * Rectify the installation so there is a permanent barrier preventing sewer gases entering the bathroom. * Install an appropriate trap, self-sealing waste/trap device or other compliant solution as required. * Retain an appropriate air gap for the discharge pipe if required. * Properly secure and position the existing white discharge pipe. * Check the existing basin P-trap and associated waste connections for leaks or other issues. * Test the completed installation. * Leave all plumbing secure, tidy and compliant with current Victorian plumbing requirements. I am looking for a permanent fix, not simply plugging or capping the open pipe without determining what currently discharges into it. All plumbing is easily accessible inside the vanity as shown in the photos. Qualified/licensed plumbers only. Please include labour, fittings/materials and Airtasker fees in your offer. If additional work is discovered after inspection, discuss it with me before proceeding.

The 2 toilets, shower and bath drains are bubbling and filling up with water. From what im seeing it's a blocked but something my child has put in toilet and effecting all the draining
