House has an old under sink water filtration system that has not been serviced in more than 15 years. Seeking someone to come and open up the housing, clean it out and install new filters (I will supply these). I’ve tried opening it up but don’t have the tools. Water line is already in place and operational but the filters need replacing You will need to supply all relevant tools. If it is advised to replace the whole system I am open to that.

There is an old 1970’s granny flat that has been un used for years. We need a new hot water system installed in the position of the new hot water system, a new toilet cistern replaced, new tap ware installed on shower and I need the gas valve to the old oven replaced.
