There is an old 1970’s granny flat that has been un used for years. We need a new hot water system installed in the position of the new hot water system, a new toilet cistern replaced, new tap ware installed on shower and I need the gas valve to the old oven replaced. Remove existing silicone and patch cracks in shower base with p11 water proof filler. Once dried and set sand entire shower base and coat with 2 coats of ceramic paint which will act as a water proof barrier.
